摘要 “爆裂骨折”一词由Holdsworth在1963年首先提出，用于形容纵向压力导致的椎体粉碎性骨折。它是脊椎骨折的一种特殊类型。好发于胸腰段，由于其累及脊柱的二、三柱结构．并伴有不同程度的韧带损伤以及椎管狭窄，大多为较复杂的不稳定型骨折旧并常合并神经损伤。多层螺旋CT（MSCT）可以利用不同成像方法对脊椎爆裂骨折进行多方位观察，
