摘要 随着疼痛的生理、病理生理、药理学知识的发展,超前镇痛在临床上得以广泛应用,现将目前关于超前镇痛用于急性疼痛治疗的研究进展作一综述。 With the development of our understanding of the physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology of pain, preemptive analgesia has been widely introduced into clinical treatment. This review focuses on the mechanism and application of preemptive analgesia in acute pain therapy.
