在文献回顾的基础上,分析国内外平衡计分卡(BSC)的研究和应用现状,指出我国大陆医院对BSC这一绩效、战略管理方法的研究尚不深入,还未形成适合我国国情的医院BSC理论方法体系,应用的实际经验较少。但BSC由于其自身特点,在医疗领域将会有广泛的应用前景。

This article discusses the status quo of the researches on the balanced scorecard and its application in and out of China. This peculiar system is expected to obtain an extensive application in the medical field.
