Actively Promoting Development and Utilization of New Energy Resources in China

中国具有丰富的新能源资源,积极推进新能源资源的开发有利于逐步改善我国能源供应与消费结构,保证经济的可持续发展。总结了新能源的重点发展领域,对生物质能、风能、太阳能和天然气水合物、核能进行了论述,分析了开发利用这些能源的状况及发展潜力。我国石油公司应利用资金、技术、人才以及资源优势,抓住转型机遇,向国际一流的多元化能源公司拓展。

There are rich resources of new energy in China. Promoting the development and utilization of new energy in China is favorable to gradually improve the domestic energy supply and consumption structure and ensure the sustainable development of China's social economy. The key development areas of renewable and new energy were discussed. The development superiorities and potentials of energy resources as well as present status for developing and applying such energies as biomass,wind,solar energy,natural gas hydrate and nuclear power were analyzed. It is proposed that Chinese oil companies should seize the transition opportunity and take the full advantages of their funds,technologies,a galaxy of talent and energy resources to become the multiple energy companies with the advanced level of the world.
