摘要
系统动力学从系统的角度出发,为社会经济、企业管理中一些复杂的问题提供了一种解决思路。供应链是一个复杂的系统,其中的牛鞭效应又是一个难点问题。论文将系统动力学用于分析供应链中的牛鞭效应,通过系统思考、建立模型、仿真分析来重新认识牛鞭效应的起因,进而提出缓解方案。
System Dynamics provides a method for society economy and enterprise management from the system view: Supply chain is a complicated system and the bullwhip effect is difficult for controlling. This paper analyses the bullwhip effect with System Dynamics. By system analysis, modeling and simulation, we can have a profound understanding to the reason, and then provide settling methods.
