Application of Hybrid TOPSIS Method in Selection of Multi-Modal Transportation Service Provider

多式联运服务商的选择是企业在国际贸易中的重要决策。针对多式联运服务的具体特点,建立了多式联运服务商选择的指标体系。考虑到信息的不确定性,以区间数形式表示定性指标值,应用混合型TOPSIS方法建立了目标优选的评价模型。最后通过一个实例对方法的有效性和实用性进行了验证。

The choice of multi-modal transportation service providers is the important decision-making of enterprises in international trade.According to the specific characteristics of multi-modal transportation services,this paper builts an index system of multi-modal transportation service providers for objective optimization.Considering the uncertainty of information,the evaluation of qualitative index being in the form of interval number,and the evaluating model for objective optimization is established by applying Hybrid TOPSIS method.Finally,an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
