广州市南沙区新型农村合作医疗住院病人疾病谱分析

Analysis on Disease Table of Inpatient in New Rural Cooperative Medical of Nansha district

目的分析2006年广州市南沙区参加新型农村合作医疗住院病例疾病谱。方法对7303例的资料进行ICD-10疾病分类,剔除以相同第一诊断重复入院的病例,以第一诊断和其慢性病诊断进行分类。应用Excel进行统计分析。结果前五位系统疾病依次是呼吸系统、消化系统、循环系统、妊娠分娩产褥期疾患、损伤与中毒。单病种前五位是生育、支炎/哮喘/肺气肿、骨折、肺炎/肺感、恶性肿瘤。结论关注农民的健康,尤其是妊娠分娩、呼吸系统疾患、损伤和中毒、恶性肿瘤,在加强现有医疗单位的技术力量和诊治能力的同时,广泛开展农民健康教育。

Objective Analysis on disease table of inpatient in new rural cooperative medical of Nansha district. Methods To classify the 7303 diseases in ICD-10,and classify again by rejecting the patient of same first diagnose , statistics by Excel. Results the five system diseases in front are respiratory system disease, digestive system disease, circulatory system disease,gestation and parturition,loss and poisoning, the five diseases in front are gestation/parturition, bronchitis/asthma/pulmonary, emphysema, fracture, pneumonia/lungs influence and malignant tumor. Conclusion Take attention to peasant,s health, especially in gestation and parturition, respiratory system disease, loss and poisoning and malignant tumor. It is important to improve the ability of diagnose and treatment in Nansha hospital. Mean- while, wide--ranging to educate peasant about the health care, accident especially.
