DNA损伤反应会激活身体免疫系统

摘要 目的人们虽然对于DNA损伤启动细胞周期停止、DNA修复和凋亡等方面的机理已经比较了解,但是其对免疫系统的潜在作用却了解的比较少。最近研究发现,在自然杀伤细胞、某些T细胞,以及各种可以攻击肿瘤细胞的细胞,基因毒性应激和延迟DNA复制又能够诱导NKG2D受体的链接酶的表达。肿瘤细胞内的慢性激活反应有利于免疫辨认,同时也会影响到免疫逃逸和恶性化过程。这种DNA损伤特殊反应有利于理解治疗反应(其中很多可以诱导出DNA损伤反应),也有利于设计更为有效的癌症治疗方案。
