摘要
采用分散性良好的纳米TiO2对真丝织物进行整理,并测定该织物的UPF值和紫外线照射一定时间后的白度,结果表明:纳米TiO2质量-体积分数对防紫外和防黄变的影响较显著,且随其质量-体积分数的增加,防紫外和防黄变能力增强,而浸渍温度和浸渍时间影响均不大。经综合分析,TiO2整理真丝织物最优工艺为纳米TiO224g/L、浸渍温度30℃、浸渍时间50min。整理前后真丝绸的UPF值分别为6.73和35.87;照射14h后,白度下降率分别为6.65%和1.95%。
Silk fabrics were treated with the homogeneously dispersed solution of Nano-TiO2, and the UPF and whiteness after 14 hours of ultraviolet irradiation were determined. The results showed that the anti-UV and anti-yellowing ability of finished silk fabrics were observably influenced by the nano-TiO2 concentration,enhancing with the nano-powder concentration increased,while the effect of dipping temperature and dipping time on the anti-UV and anti-yellowing ability were inapparent. According to the synthetical analysis, the optimal finishing process is as follow: nano-TiO2 concentration, dipping temperature and dipping time are 24g/L, 30℃ and 50min, respectively.The UPF of the silk fabric increased from 6.73 to 35.87 after finishing, and the whiteness declined from 6.65% to 1.95% after 14 hours of ultraviolet irradiation.
