高校学生人格培育工作运行保障机制研究

面对当前高校学生人格培育工作现状,深入分析把握在校学生学习、生活中表现出来的三个不同发展阶段,依据当前高校教育管理体制及现有的软、硬环境条件,按照人才培养的目标,遵循事物发展的规律,最大限度地配置运用教育管理资源,特别是注重发挥高校学生辅导员班主任工作队伍的能动性作用,协同有序、科学合理地建立起相对系统、完善的学生人格培育工作运行保障机制是至关重要的。
