摘要
随着市场经济的发展,与公共利益相关的公益诉讼日渐增多。目前我国尚未建立起经济公益诉讼制度,建立公益诉讼具有必要性。公益的界定是公益诉讼的起点,明确起诉主体和限定受案范围等是建立我国公益诉讼制度应重点解决的问题。
With the development of market economics, public lawsuits which bounded up with public benefits grow up steadily. However, no economic public lawsuit system has been established in our country, so it is necessary to build public lawsuit system. The definition of public lawsuit is the start point, suit subject and case scope are key problems in building our public lawsuit system.
