西方语法学的产生早于中国语法学的原因探究

西方语法学的产生早于中国语法学的原因主要有三个方面:从语言本身看,欧洲诸语言的语法特点是形态变化丰富,汉语语法的特点是语法意义通过语序和虚词来体现;从哲学对语法学发展的影响看,欧洲哲学重逻辑,中国哲学重感悟;社会生活对语法研究的影响方面,欧洲诸国间的交往比中国与周边国家的交往更密切。

Three causes led to the phenomenon that grammar study appeared earlier in Western countries than in China. The first cause is the languages themselves. One of the grammatical features of the European languages is their rich variety in form, while grammatical meanings in Chinese are conveyed by word order and function words. The second cause is the influence of philosophy on the development grammar study. European philosophies emphasize logic while the Chinese philosophies focus on understanding and realization. The third cause is the influence of social life on grammar study. There were much more communication among European countries than that between China and its neighbors.
