摘要
梁式墙是一种砌体墙板与整体楼板的组合构件，其功能与薄腹梁相当，特别适用于多层、中高层住宅。这种薄壁结构可使砌体工程量减少一半，室内使用面积增加8～10％，抗震设防烈度提高1～2度。文中提出了墙体梁化的必要性、可行性及工程实例，以期有助于它的开发利用。
The beam wall is a composite component of the masonry wall panel and the integral floor. It is about equal in functions to the thin-webbed girder and is especially suitable for multi-story, medium and highrise residential buildings. This thin-walled structure can reduce the masonry quantity by a half, increase the indoor useful area by 8-10% and increase the designed ability to resist the action of the earthquake intensity by 1-2degrees. The necessity, feasibility and examples of this beam wall are given in this paper in the hope of contributing its development and utilizations.
