The Topology properties of Space （ X, T ） was studied using vector-valued sequence space It （X） and K^othe duals. It is proved that the characteristics of the Space （ X, T ） to be Barreled Spaces and σ-semibar-reled space. The characteristic of a σ-semibarreled space is also semi-nuclear space.
