碱处理多孔钛制备磷灰石涂层的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用碱处理法对多孔钛表面改性,在钛基体上产生晶体钛酸钠和无定形金红石,在模拟体液中形成含有羟基磷灰石和磷酸八钙的磷灰石涂层.研究表明:经碱处理的多孔钛二周后显示较强生物活性. The surface of porous titanium was modified with alkaline solution. Crystal Rutile and amorphous Na2TiO3 were produced on the surface of titanium matrix. Coating of hydroxyapatite and octacalcium phosphate were formed in the simulated body fluid(SBF). The results indicated that the modified porous titanium had good bioactivity after two weeks.
