浓缩机随动式压耙预警机理与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 创造性提出了随动式压耙检测预警机理,建立了压耙发生时的速度-时间数学模型,在分析模型的基础上确定报警阈值。在此基础上设计了随动式压耙检测预警示范系统,并进行了实验研究。理论与试验研究表明,浓缩随动式压耙预警系统,完全能够达到在线监测和实时报警的效果,可有效地避免压耙事故的发生。 Creativity proposed accompany the type presses the rake examination early- warning installation, proposed presses the rake to have the time speed - time mathematical model, in the analysis model foundation determined the warning valve value. And designed accompany the type take this as the theory basis to press the rake examination early - warning installation, when examined blows scrapping - slime raker the operating speed to be lower than the warning threshold value reported to the police. This equipment realized has blown to the rake type concentrater scrapping- slime taker carries on the real - time monitoring, but effective avoided pressing the rake accident to occur.
