摘要
采煤机截齿齿体耐磨性直接影响截齿使用寿命,采用自制的散体磨料振动磨损试验机与普遍使用的固定磨料磨损试验机,对国内外几个厂家截齿齿体耐磨性进行对比分析。试验发现,在散体磨料振动磨损试验条件下,硬度不再成为磨损量的主导因素,材料的综合性能成为材料耐磨性的主要影响因素。
The abrasion resistance of coal mining machine bit tooth, was adopted self- regulating test bed of unconsolidated abrasive vibratory wear and ordinary fixed abrasive wear, abrasion resistance of bit from different factory was analysed. Rigidity is not by reason of abraded quantity was found, but the material integrative nature influenced abrasion resistance.
