摘要
在有限微量位移机构中,柔性铰链是实现微位移功能的新型机械结构。而柔性铰链内部应力在许用应力范围内是柔性铰链正常工作的保证。利用有限元方法对柔性铰链在不同因素下的内部应力进行分析,为柔性铰链在实际应用中的选择提供参考依据。
In finite and tiny displacement machine , flexural hinges are a new structure machine to implement tiny displacement . The inner stress of flexural hinges should be confined from the allowable stress , which is the assurance of natural work of flexural hinges. Finite method was used to analyse the inner stress of flexural hinges in different factor, and consult of the application of flexural hinges was offered.
