摘要 将20CrNi2Mo钢和低碳渗碳钢进行渗碳表面强化处理,对试样的变形,渗层的碳浓度梯度,试样的有效硬化层,试样表层的残余奥氏体含量进行对比分析,结果表明20CrNi2Mo钢作为重载齿轮材料其热处理工艺性能是合格的。 The distortion of pattern was researched, the concentration grads were tested, the depths of availability hard case were determined, and the contents of remains austenit were studied. The results showed that heavy gear 20CrNi2Mo steel as a material of the heat treatment process is qualified.
