摘要
磨削过程中,模具表面的磨削裂纹不仅与磨削工艺有关,而且与模具钢材冶金质量、锻造工艺、热处理工艺等因素关系密切,并提出相应的改善措施,以提高模具的制造质量与使用寿命。
The grinded failure of die and mould face is related with grinded technique during the grindingo And yet it is closer related with material quality of dis & mould steel, forged technique heat - treatment technique and others. It is proposed corresponding improved measure in order to increase manufacturing quality and service life of dis & mould.
