摘要
分析了机床主传动系统存在的问题,选取合理的设计变量和约束条件,建立了以传动齿轮的体积和最小为目标函数的数学模型,并用Matlab软件优化工具箱进行求解。计算结果表明:在保证机床传动性能不变的情况下,不仅使车床主传动系统的成本最低、体积最小,而且使车床的经济性更加优越。
The problem existed of main transmission system is analyzed. Proper design variables and constrained conditions are selected, the mathematic model according to the smallest of the sum of all transmission gears volume is established and computed by the Maflab optimization toolbox. The results shown that the lowest cost and the smallest volume of the lathe main transmission system by optimization design is obtained without changing options of transmission system, but also the more effciency of the lathe is caused obvionsly.
