摘要
针对Z3040摇臂钻床传统的继电-接触器控制系统存在电路复杂、可靠性差、故障诊断与排除困难等缺点,提出了利用PLC进行改造的方案,给出了PLC的I/O接线图和梯形图程序,并分析了PLC控制的工作过程。
In view of the existence of weakness in the traditional Z3040 beam drill relay - switch control system, such as complex circuit, low reliability and difficulty of diagnose and eliminate failure, the method to reconstruct the system by utilizing PLC is put forward. Meanwhile, the PLC I/O connecting diagram and trapezoidal pattern program are presented, and the working process by PLC controlling is analyzed.
