摘要
根据电阻式传感器的单托辊式输送带秤的特点,对电源、称重过程及显示等方面进行了改善和设计。电源采用TOPSwitch-Ⅱ系列单片开关电源,并在开关电源的输出上增加了线性稳压器,构成复合式开关电源,提高了电源的效率。系统对称重传感信号和速度传感信号进行了处理,给出了电路原理图,还对显示器进行了改善,选用OCMJ4X8C液晶显示器,同时通过外接时钟芯片还实现了时钟/日历功能。最后对称重过程中的干扰进行了分析,提出改善方法。
Based on the characteristics of resistive sensors and single - idler belt weigher, this system improves and designs the weighing process , the power supply and display aspects . Power uses the TOP Switch - II series of single - chip switching power supply for increasing the linear regulator to compose compound switching power supply in the output of switching power supply, and improve power efficiency. The system processes the weighing sensor signal and speed sensor signal, and draws a circuit diagram. The system also improves monitors by choosing the OCMJ4X8C LCD displays, through an external clock chip to achieve a clock / calendar function. Finally, analyzes the interference of the weighing process, and proposes the method of improvement.
