From four aspects: staff training, strengthen/ng construction of corporate culture, internal management and carrying out top brand strategy measures how to improve project management level are elaborated. Author points out that the success or failure of engineering project reflects the image of construction enterprises, which is also intangible asset of enterprises in market competition.
