摘要
针对现阶段监理市场不规范、监理人员素质不高、监理行为不够规范以及业主对监理的认识不足等问题,就如何在工程实践中认真规范监理行为作一探讨,以进一步完善工程监理制度,满足公路工程不断发展的需求。
According to non-standard behaviors in present engineering supervision market, low qualities of supervimrs, shortage in understand- ing on supervision by owners and other questions discussion is made to normalize behaviors of supervisor in engineering practice to perfect engineering supervision system and suit to continuous developnmnt of highway engineering.
