某宾馆空调系统能耗调研与节能改造分析

Research on the energy consumption and analysis on energy-saving reconstruction of the air-conditioning system in one hotel

对重庆市某宾馆空调系统近两年的运行状况进行了调研,分析了该空调系统的设计、运行和管理方面存在的问题并提出改造建议,对宾馆类既有公共建筑的节能改造具有参考价值。

After a detailed investigation on the operation condition of the Mr-conditioning system in one hotel for two years, the problems that exist in the air-conditioning system design, system operations as well as system management are analyzed in this paper. Then, some valuable suggestions are proposed aiming at dealing with the problems, which may give a good reference to the energy-saving reconstruction of the existing buildings, especially to the public buildings.
