摘要
对湿地的定义及《湿地公约》进行了介绍,阐述了黄河河口三角洲湿地资源及其保护现状,探讨了建设城市湿地的意义,研究了东营市明月湖国家湿地公园的设计理念及功能分区,以达到合理利用湿地资源的目的。
The definition of wetland and Ramsar Convention are introduced. Based upon introduction of wetland resource in the Yellow River delta and its protection situations the significance to build urban wetland is discussed. The design ideas and function partitions of Mingyue Lake National Urban Wetland Park in Dongying are studied in order to realize reasonable utilization of wetland resources.
