摘要
目的设计血吸虫尾蚴富集装置,并探讨对疫水中血吸虫尾蚴富集效果。方法根据血吸虫尾蚴的水面静态生活习性及其生理特点,设计一套血吸虫尾蚴的自动富集装置。分析潜水泵功率、富集时间、滤网目数等因素对血吸虫尾蚴富集效果的影响,并通过正交试验筛选尾蚴富集装置的最佳配置。结果在潜水泵功率40瓦、富集5h和滤网目数为400目时,富集装置对疫水中尾蚴的富集效果最好。结论设计的富集装置可以为血吸虫疫情的现场评价提供技术手段。
Objective To design a device for enriching schistosoma cereariae. Methods A device for automatically enriching sehistosoma eereariae was designed based on the physiologleal features of sehistosoma eereariae in statie water surface. The impact of factors of pump powder, enriching time, numer of filtering net holes were observed. The optimal conditions for enriching schistosoma eereariae was screened by orthogonal test. Results Optimal result in enriching sehistosoma eereariae was obtained by using the desinged device with the filtering net of 400 hole at diving 'pump power of 40 watts for a duration of 5 hours. Coneluslon Designed device can be used for enriching sehistosoma cereariae in field assessment of sehistosome infection in areas prevalent with schistomiasis.
