悬浮聚合法制备彩色墨粉影响因素的分析 被引量:3

摘要 以预先设定的基准实验方案为前提,研究了引发剂浓度、聚合温度、颜料用量及反应搅拌速率对聚合过程的影响,结果表明,优选的工艺条件为引发剂浓度2%,聚合反应温度80℃,颜料用量7%,反应搅拌速率600—900r/min。 Based on the experimentation project which was established beforehand. The effect of initiator concentration, reacting temperature, dosage of pigment, and the stirring speed of reactor for the polymerizing course were investigated, the four experimental parameters were optimized, experimental results illustrated that it was the best experimental condition that initiator concentration was 2% of the monomer, reacting temperature was 80 ℃, dosage of pigment was 7% of the monomer, and the stirring speed of reactor in a range of 600 -900 r/min.
