摘要
以钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Ag—TiO2溶胶,将其涂覆在载玻片上制得高光催化活性的透明薄膜。在n[Ti(OC4H9)4]:n(C2H5OH):n[NH(C2H4OH)2]:n(H2O):n(AgNO3)=1:18:0.5:1:0.032的前提下,通过改变pH值和两种不同照射光源,对甲基橙溶液进行光催化降解。结果表明,当pH值在3-6的范围,不论哪种照射光源,甲基橙降解率可达到83%。红外光谱、能谱、热重-差热、透射电镜和原子力显微镜等测定,结果表明,光催化薄膜由粒径10-20nm的AgNO3和TiO2颗粒构成,锐钛晶形结构在500—550℃转变充分。
In this paper, the sol for Ag-TiO2 films was prepared with tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, coated on the slide glass. Under the same ratio of Ag/TiO2 and the same system n [ Ti ( OC4 H9 ) 4 ] : n ( C2 H5 OH) : n[NH ( C2 H4 OH) 2 ] : n ( H2 O) : n ( AgNO3 ) = 1 : 18 : 0.5 : 1 : 0.032, investigating the effects in different pH and two lights. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared film was studied by the degradation of methyl orange;when the pH between 3 -6,the conversion can up to 83%, whichever the two lights. The microstructure and properties of the films were studied by the ways of FTIR, EDX, DTA-TG,TEM, SEM, AFM, the results shows that:the photo-catalytic thin film is mainly composed of AgNO3 and TiO2 particles of 10 -20 nm, the phase transformation of anatase was sufficiency at 500 -550 ℃.
