Determination of S-adenosyl-L-methionine in enzymatic synthesis by RP-HPLC

反相高效液相色谱法测定酶促转化法制备的S-腺苷甲硫氨酸，采用Luna C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为100％0．02mol／L乙酸铵，用乙酸调pH值至4．0；流速为1．0mL／min，用二极管阵列检测器检测，检测波长为254nm，在200～800μg,／mL范围内线性良好（r=0．9997），检出限为2．3ng。

RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of S-adenosyl-L-methionine. The analysis was performed with a Luna C-18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） and 100% 0. 02 mol/L ammonium acetate （ pH = 4 adjusted with acetic acid） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. A diode arty detector was used and the detection wave length was 254 nm. The calibratin curve was linear over a range from 200 - 800 μg/mL（ r = 0. 999 7）. The detection limit is 2.3 ng.
