摘要
反相高效液相色谱法测定酶促转化法制备的S-腺苷甲硫氨酸,采用Luna C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为100%0.02mol/L乙酸铵,用乙酸调pH值至4.0;流速为1.0mL/min,用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为254nm,在200~800μg,/mL范围内线性良好(r=0.9997),检出限为2.3ng。
RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of S-adenosyl-L-methionine. The analysis was performed with a Luna C-18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and 100% 0. 02 mol/L ammonium acetate ( pH = 4 adjusted with acetic acid) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. A diode arty detector was used and the detection wave length was 254 nm. The calibratin curve was linear over a range from 200 - 800 μg/mL( r = 0. 999 7). The detection limit is 2.3 ng.
