摘要
磷酸化合物在低压高含水电解液中的抑水合作用往往难以持久。通过合理选用螯合剂、金属核心及磷酸化合物,开发了一种磷酸根离子缓释体系,能够在电解液中慢慢释放出磷酸根离子,可长期适当量地保持电解液中的磷酸根离子,长时间有效抑制水合作用。含有该缓释体系的电解液经产品试制检验,105℃贮存1000 h无异常,且105℃寿命在2000 h以上,性能优良。
As the hydration-inhibitor in low voltage working-electrolyte with high water-content, phosphate couldn' t work for a long time. So the phosphate ion controlled-release system was developed by selecting chelating agent, metal and phosphate. While the phosphate ion controlled-release system was added into the working electrolyte, the phosphate ion could be released slowly from the system and the amount of phosphate ion in working electrolyte shall be proper in life time. An aluminum electrolytic capacitor comprising such an electrolyte had excellent high-temperature characteristic for 2 000 h under load and 1 000 h under no load,at 105 ℃.
