卵泡发育过程中卵母细胞与周围体细胞之间的相互作用

摘要 随着我们对卵泡形成过程中调节因素的认识的不断深入,我们认为卵母细胞在促进卵泡生长和指导颗粒细胞分化方面起着主导作用。这种作用是通过卵母细胞分泌可溶性的旁分泌生长因子作用于邻近的颗粒细胞,反过来这些细胞又调节卵母细胞的发育的方式实现的。生长分化因子-9(GDF-9),GDF-9B(BMP-15)和/或BMP-6是卵母细胞分泌的因子中的主要成分,这些因子与其它转化生长因子-β形成一种复杂的局部相互作用形式,调节卵泡发育。
