摘要
目的探讨二维超声对子宫发育异常的诊断价值,为正确诊断子宫发育异常提供参考。方法采用PH IL-IPS—M2540A超声诊断仪,腹部探头频率为3.5MHz,阴道探头频率为5-7.5MHz,根据所使用的探头决定膀胱的充盈情况,常规多切面、多角度扫查子宫,观察子宫的外形、子宫内膜的形态与走向及其附件情况,分析子宫发育异常的二维超声声像图特征。结果本组33例中,经超声确诊者30例,超声诊断符合率91%,误诊3例,误诊率9%。结论二维超声可作为诊断子宫发育异常的首选方法。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis value of two- dimensional ultrasound in abnormal growth of uterus, and provide reference for the correct diagnosing abnormal growth of uterus. Methods : To apply the apparatus of ultrasound diagnosis ( PHILIPS- M2540A), the frequency of its abdomen detection - top is 3.5MHz, and the frequency of its vagina detection - top is 5 - 7- 5MHz, In the base of applying the detection - top to deciding the full state of the bladder. From the general different cut surfaces and points of view, scanning the uterus, observing the shape of uterus, observing the form and tend towards of the endometrium and the state of endometrial accessory, analyzing the characteristic of two - dimensional ultrasound chart in the abnormal growth of uterus. Results: In 33 examples, 30 examples are diagnosed through ultrasound, the ratio of according with is 91% , the false diagnosis is 3 examples, the ratio of the false diagnosis is 9%. Conclusion: Two -dimensional ultrasound can be used as the first method in the diagnosis of abnormal growth of uterus.
