摘要
中国白酒是否有营养?对人的身体健康是否有益?这是一个颇具争议的问题。通过科学数据,揭示了中国白酒中存在着对人体健康不可缺乏的两大营养素——氨基酸和矿物质。这些氨基酸、矿物质对人体健康有着十分重要的功能和作用。同时也从酿酒原料、曲药、水、贮酒容器方面探讨了中国白酒中氨基酸、矿物质的来源。提出要正确评价酒的功过是非和"科学饮酒促进身体健康,适量饮酒保持社会和谐"的饮酒理念。
It is disputed whether the Chinese liquor is nourishment and benefit to human health. In this palter, the author elucidates that two major essential components of amino acids and mineral substances exist in Chinese liquor according to the scientific data. Tile origins of those substances are also discussed acording to the materials, koji, water and storage vessels. The evaluation of right and wrong of liquor and the idea of "scientific drinking will be benefit to the health, and proper drinking will keep society harmony" are proposed.
