多变量统计分析技术在芝麻香型白酒科研生产中的应用初探

在芝麻香型白酒的研制过程中,引入多变量统计分析技术,对这一统计分析方法在白酒行业中的应用做了进一步探索。通过对芝麻香型白酒数据及品评结果的统计分析,发现对半成品的入库分级有较好的帮助,同时对改进生产工艺,提高产品质量也有一定作用。

The Multivariate statistic analysis was applied in the study ofZhi Ma-flavour Chinese Spirits and its father application in the industry of liquor was also explored in this paper, It was more helpful to the classification before the liquor was putted in the storeroom, and more useful to the improvement of the production quality and the technology.
