摘要
通过优化亚硝基胍(NTG)对啤酒酵母的化学诱变条件,得出NTG的最佳实验条件,选育低产蛋白酶A的菌株,比较了两种初筛方法--羧肽酶Y平板实验和酸变性血红蛋白实验的筛选效果,筛选出6株蛋白酶A活力较低的菌株,并进行多次重复性实验检验其稳定性。
This work mainly focused on the most optimized experimental conditions of NTG at first, then the comparison of two screening methods carboxypeptidase Y plate and acid-denatured hemoglobin plate were taken into accounted. Six brewing yeasts with lower-level porteinase A were bred, and the stability of their porteinase A level were evaluated.
