摘要
在磁流体制备过程中,利用X衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对磁性纳米微粒的组成及粒径进行了分析,研究了磁性纳米微粒和表面活性剂对磁流体性能的影响。实验表明:Fe2+∶Fe3+=1∶2,反应温度为160℃,反应时间为6h,在适宜的时间加入6%的表面活性剂可以制备出性能较好的磁性流体。
In the preparation of nanometer magnetic fluid, the nanometer particles have been analyzed by an X - ray diffraction transmission and an electron microscopy, and research the nanometer magnetic particles content ratio and the amount of the surfactant on the impact of the saturation magnetization intensity. The result shows that the ratio Fe^2+ : Fe^3+ = 1: 2,reaction temperature is 160℃ ,the reaction time is 6h. If we put 6% of the surfactant into the reaction at the suitable time, we can prepare the nanometer magnetic fluid with good performance.
