区域科技合作绩效定量评价方法探讨与实证分析

Area scientific and technological cooperation achievement quantity appraising method investigation and discussion

分针对当前区域科技合作绩效评价主要使用定性方法的不足,提出了从社会、经济和科技3个方面来选取指标作为自变量来衡量科技合作的效果的SET方法,并且以粤俄科技合作为例对这种方法进行了检验,检验结果表明粤俄科技合作绩效从2000～2005年总体上呈现出快速上升的势头。

As current methods of regional science and technology performance evaluation are mainly qualitative,we suggest a SET method to judge scientific and technological cooperation as the independent variable,and take Guangdong-Russia scientific and technological cooperation as an example having carried out a checkout on this method from the perspectives of society, economy,science and technology. The result shows that the performance of Guangdong-Russia science and technology cooperation is rapidly increasing in general from 2000 to 2005.
