基于比较优势学说研究民营企业海外上市模式

Mode selection of private corporation overseas listing based on comparative advantage

针对中国经济全球化,民营企业到海外上市的热情越来越高的现象,为准备到国外证券市场上市的民营企业提出一点关于选择上市模式的建议。首先介绍了近年来我国民营企业海外上市所采用的主要上市模式,及最新上市模式。然后证明了比较优势学说适合应用于上市模式的选择,最后基于比较优势学说对民营企业海外上市模式的选择策略提出了建议。

With the development of the economic internationalism, Chinese private enterprises are more and more likely to go on markets abroad. This paper firstly introduces the main and new modes that private enterprises have used.Then we prove that comparative advantage can be applied to the selection of listing modes. Finally,we make the suggestions about how to select the mode of listing based on comparative advantage.
