妊娠期高血压病患者血清与胎盘IL-4水平的变化及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察妊娠期高血压病患者血清与胎盘白介素4(IL-4)水平的变化,探讨这些变化与妊娠期高血压病的关系。方法本院37例妊娠期高血压病患者和32例正常孕妇(对照组),采用放射免疫分析法测定血清和胎盘组织提取液中IL-4浓度,比较妊娠期高血压病组与对照组血清、胎盘IL-4水平的差异。结果与对照组比较,妊娠期高血压病组血清IL-4水平增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);妊娠期高血压病组胎盘IL-4水平高于对照组,差异接近但尚未达到显著性水平(P>0.05)。妊娠期高血压、轻度、重度子前期患者血清和胎盘IL-4水平差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。妊娠期高血压病组血清与胎盘IL-4水平均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论血清IL-4水平增高是妊娠期高血压病的重要病理变化,可能在妊娠期高血压病的发生与变化发展过程中起了作用。 Objective To observe the change of IL - 4 in both serum and placenta in hypertension disordercomplicating pregnancy and to explore their relationshiops. Methods 37 patients with hypertension disorder complicating pregnany and 32 normal pregnant woman were enrolled in this study , the concentration of their IL - 4 in both their serum and placenta tissue extract were measured with radio immunoassay and the difference was statistically compared and analyzed . Results Compared with that of control group , the serum level of IL - 4 of hypertension disordercomplicating pregnancy was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the level of IL-4 in placenta in hypertension disordereomplicating pregnancy was higher, but the difference was not significant ( P 〉 0. 05). There, was no significant difference in levels of of IL-4 in both serum and placenta in hypertension disordercomplicating pregnancy of slight degree , sever degree or eelampsism( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no correlation between the IL-4 level in serum and placenta in hypertension disordercomplicating pregnancy group ( T = 0.145, P 〉 0.05 及 T = 0. 122, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The rise in serum level of IL-4 is an important pathological change in hypertension disordercomplicating pregnancy, which may play a role in the and development of hypertension disordercomplicating pregnancy
