摘要 利用HybridⅢ50th假人佩戴六点式安全带进行了前碰撞试验,并对比分析了三点式安全带约束下的头部和胸部损伤值。在试验基础上,又进行了HybridⅢ50th假人仿真对比分析。结果表明,六点式安全带较三点式安全带头部和胸部损伤值明显降低,尤其是胸部压缩值。分析指出,进一步优化安全带的强度和材料参数可以获得更好的保护效果。 The frontal impact test was carried out by using Hybrid Ⅲ 50^th dummy with 6-point safety belt,and the contrast analysis for the injury parameters of head and chest between 6-point restraint system and 3-point restraint system was also carried out.Based on the tests,the contrast analysis of Hybrid Ⅲ 50^th dummy simulaton was conducted.The results show that 6-point safety belt could provide a better protection to passenger than 3-point safety belt,especially the compression value of the chest. The paper pointed out that the strength and material optimization of the safety belt could obtain a better protection effect.
