本文根据作者2007年8月19日在中国农业经济学会第八次委员代表大会上的讲话录音整理。主要讲了五个重要问题:关于当前农业发展的阶段性变化,关于发展玉米加工等粮食加工业,关于统筹城乡发展,关于一些重要农产品的战略安全,关于农村体制机制创新。

This paper is compiled according to the sound recording of the author's speech on August 19,2007 in the Eighth National Congress of China Agricultural Economic Society.The Author focused on five key issues:on the stage change in the development of agriculture,on the development of corn and other food processing industries,on the co-ordination of urban and rural development,on the food security of a number of important agricultural products,and on the mechanism innovation of rural institution.
