Major Choices must be Made by Modem Agriculture Building in the Medium-term Industrialization

本文基于我国工业化中期阶段的判断,讨论了农业经营规模的"小与大",农业生产中的人畜力与机械设备的使用,农产品的"出与进",农业功能的"主与辅",发展现代农业的"点与面",农业政策的"保与活"等问题。

Based on the judgment of medium-term industrialization in China,this paper discussed issues of'small versus big'on the scale of agricultural operations,'draught animal versus machine'for agri- cultural production power,'export versus import'for the trade of agricultural products,'main versus auxiliary'for the function of agriculture,'pilot versus extension'for the development of modem agri- culture,and'protection versus deregulation and revitalization'for agricultural policies.
