摘要
采用植物纤维和以皮革废弃物制备的革纤维为主要原料,制备了高透气度育果袋纸,并对制备工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,在针叶木浆中配加20%的革浆、打浆度为35oSR、增强剂(PAE)和防水剂的用量分别为1.5%和2%、pH值为7的抄造工艺下,制得的育果袋纸干抗张指数为61.91N.m/g、湿强保留率41.49%、透气度40.04μm/(Pa.s)、撕裂指数10.12mN.m2/g、表面吸水性11.58g/m2。热重分析结果表明,添加革纤维制备的育果袋纸有较高的热稳定性。
High porosity fruit cultivating bag paper was developed with wood fiber and leather fiber which was prepared from leather waste, The preparation conditions were optimized. The thermal stabilities of the prepared samples and commercial fruit cultivating bag paper were also analyzed. Based on the experiment results, the optimal conditions are as follows: 20% leather fiber, pH value 7, 35°SR beating degree of the wood pulp, 1.5% PAE, 2% waterproof agent. The properties of the prepared samples are dry strength 61.91 N.m/g, wet strength 41.49%, porosity 40.04 μm/(Pa.s), tear index 10.12 mN.m^2/g, surface absorbability 11.58 g/m^2. TG analysis showed that the fruit cultivating bag paper containing leather fiber has better thermal stability.
