摘要
从白度和白度稳定性的改善、强度的提高、新碱源的研究等几个方面总结了近十几年来机械浆碱性过氧化氢漂白的研究进展(包括机理及一些新工艺的研究),指出环境友好型稳定剂的开发应用、纤维分级漂白进一步提高白度和强度、弱碱性新碱源的工业化应用将是机械浆碱性过氧化氢漂白的发展趋势。
The research progress of mechanical pulp bleaching using alkaline hydrogen peroxide in the aspects such as improvement of brightness and its stability, the enhancement of physical strength and the development of new alkali sources, including the researches on mechanism and technology is reviewed in this paper. Finally, the trends of alkaline peroxide bleaching of mechanical pulp including the application of environmental friendly stabilizers, further improvement of brightness and strength through the bleaching of different fiber fractions separately, and industrialization of new alkali sources are forecasted.
