清代东北地区库雅喇“新满洲”形成初探

The Exploration of the Formation of the Kuyala (库雅喇) New-Manchus in Northeastern China in the Qing Dynasty

入关后,特别是在康雍时期,为加强对东北少数民族的管理、填补东北防务空虚、巩固东北边疆,清政府在东北地区实行"徙民编旗"政策,将少数民族部众大规模迁入内地,以"新满洲"形式编入满洲八旗。这对于加强东北边防,巩固边疆有着重要意义。本文试以库雅喇为例,对"新满洲"形成问题作一探讨。

After the Qing went in the Shanhai Pass,especially in the period of Kangxi and Yongzheng?emperor,the Qing moved lots of ethnic groups to the interior of the northeastern China and put them into the Eight-banner system.They were called New-Manchus.And this policy of moving people to eight-banner can help the Qing managing ethnic group,guarding the frontier and enhancing the defense of the northeastern China.This paper explores the formation of the New-Manchus on the basis of the example of the Kuyala People.
