摘要
具有急回运动的平面四杆机构,当机构处于两个极限位置时,其极位夹角θ等参数与运动尺寸参数之间存在着清晰直观的三角形关系。据此几何关系,本文分析整理得出按照给定行程速比系数K等设计要求,作辅助三角形或简化辅助三角形设计曲柄摇杆机构、偏置曲柄滑块机构的方法和较为简化的图解法设计步骤。
The planar four-bar linkages which have quick-return motion,when it is in its two extreme positions,there is a clear and direct-vision delta relations between parameters of included angle θ of extreme position and parameters of motion size. Based on this geometric relations,and through analyses and sort out,in accordance with the de-sigh specification of given travel velocity ratio coefficient K etc.,we obtain the design method of crank-rocker mechanism and biasing crank-slider mechanism with auxiliary triangle or simplify auxiliary triangle,as well as comparative simplify design procedure of graphic method.
