摘要 针对某重型自卸车三角臂在用户使用过程中出现断裂现象,运用柔性多体系统动力学方法,建立了基于ADAMS软件平台的整车刚柔耦合多体动力学仿真分析模型。将举升机构中的三角臂作为柔性体置于整车模型中,捕获其应力最大部位及发生时刻并评价了其动强度。提出3种结构改进方案,并从应力、变形、经济性等方面对3种方案进行对比分析,从而确定最优方案,实现了对举升机构关键件的合理改进。 Aiming at the fracture of the triangle-arm in a heavy-duty dump truck in operation, a rigid-flexi- ble multi-body dynamics model for a heavy-duty dump truck is set up based on ADAMS software platform, in which the triangle-arm of lifting mechanism is modeled as flexible body. The location and occurring time of maximum stresses are identified with its dynamic strength evaluated. Three improvement schemes are proposed and comparatively analyzed in terms of stress, deformation and manufacturing cost. Finally the best one is chosen and a reasonable improvement of key parts is realized.
