灰脚法庭是中世纪欧洲独特的法律体系。本文旨在通过分析灰脚法庭产生的社会背景、所依据的法律和权力基础以及其独特特征,向读者勾勒比较清晰的灰脚法庭的轮廓,并解释其所以兴盛和衰落的内在机理。
The court of Piepowder was a unique legal system in Medieval Europe. The aim of this paper is to show the reader a clear picture of the court and reveals the reasons of its development and decline by analyzing the background of its rising, the legal and political foundation of its existence and its unique characteristics.
